Or i should say that Fred and Henry would be doing this! The photo perfectly captures their favorite outdoor activity....digging for things. They could be digging for grass, critters, or critter doo. They love it all. Henry actually has a fabulous imagination, and pounces on ANYTHING, looking for critters.
It is beyond cold outside though, so the dogs have been going out in short intervals. Yesterday the sun came out for a bit, so they were out for about ten minutes. Looks like we are due a little more sun today, so we will try and enjoy it while we can.
Other than shoveling snow, i will be inside either doing homework (reading about Rangeland Management), or working on The Husbands' Aran Knit Pullover from Men In Knits. I am still on the sleeves, and i REALLY need to hustle to get this puppy completed in time for the man to wear it in a couple of weeks.

I love fresh snow. It's so clean and purty lookin'. Are you working both of the sleeves at the same time? Me? I'm sitting on the couch - checking on blogs, drinking coffee from a wonderful white textured mug that came in the mail yesterday. Thank you. g
Huh! My thought was, "Wow! if it was as warn as zero here, I would be out doing that!"
It is -17 with -35 to -40 wind chills. And we have to go to the store in a little while......
Well, I guess Barbara saying "If it were as warm as zero..." makes me feel better, but not much. I'm with Henry and Fred. We got up to 12 today, but aren't supposed to for the next 2 days, and Thor will be hiding inside with me and the boys, too.
brrr!!! This cold weather just isn't right! Very fun playing in the snow with the pups though! Kati can't get enough of it :)
......and to think we thought 30* was cold today. we are headed into the single digits tonight and tomorrow night. Brrrr!
I still wish we had some of your snow.
Better get on that sweater, GF! Husband will need it.
